SGliving41 led the design and project management for the renovation of this one bedroom property nestled in the heart of Notting Hill. The owners of this wonderfully-located pied-a-terre wanted a stylish but cost effective renovation with a view to rent or sell. A key point was to maximise storage space and create a modern decor with a distinct urban feel. Wall panelling and coving brought some architectural history back into the flat whilst the new wooden floor created warmth and comfort. The colour palette was kept neutral to produce an easy flow and coherence between the main living room, kitchen, new bathroom and bedroom. High street furniture was successfully mixed with timeless design pieces and unique antique market finds to deliver a stylish interior. The garden was also redesigned by SGliving41 and is now one of the outstanding features of this beautiful flat.
